The Upazila Resource Center under the Department of Primary Education is an innovative think tank for research and teaching. The purpose of establishing Upazila Resource Center is to improve the quality of primary education through development of professional skills of teachers and to encourage local community to create a sense of ownership towards the school and to provide training to teachers.
